Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 4–6 business days in transit — for a total estimated delivery of 5–8 business days. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and every order comes with a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse.

You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details when placing an order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. All charges are billed in US Dollars ($), with no hidden checkout fees. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

We accept returns and exchanges on defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping costs, particularly for change-of-mind returns or order mistakes. Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
